Rules & Regulations of Micro Computer Training Institute
1. Discipline amongst the students will be toppriority.
2. The institute authority may consider any changeof the prescribed syllabus to cope us with theadvanced computer technology.
3. Maintenance of regularity both in theory andpractical classes is must. In case of any one’sabsent without written information to the instituteauthority may not repeat the said classes.
4. The Identity Card issused by the authority shallremain along with the students and on demand, he/she shall produce the same.
5. Monthly dues shall have to be paid on or before10th of every month and under no circumstancesit will refundable.
6. Any pending dues against any one shall have to bepaid before going on leave for 10 days or more.
7. In case of any one’s failure to pay the monthlydues in stipulated time,the authority may takeaction including the following -
(i) Entry into the machine room is barred.
(ii) May cancel both theory & practical classes.
8. In case of any one’s failure to continue with thetraining under unavoidable circumstance or so he/she will have to deposit identity card, librarymaterials including any arrear dues.
